Practice Management (PM) and EMR are a package deal with Silk. To ensure successful EMR implementation, we begin by solidifying base PM procedures, which are the foundation for any successful EMR.  Once these are established, the EMR begins its deployment in a managed process that keeps revenues flowing and patient care continuing.

Our certified EMR is designed so that we can quickly and easily modify workflows to the specialty, down further to the individual practice, and then again further to the individual workflows of the clinical and office staff, from physician to labs and support staff right to the front desk.  The system’s unique design allows Silk to add changes in workflows and processes without disrupting the day-to-day operation of the practice and patient care.
